These terms apply when you use a chat widget, quote page, or lead form powered by QuickQuote (“we,” “us”). By using these experiences you agree to them. QuickQuote is software used by independent insurance agencies; the agency whose site or materials you came from is an independent business, not part of QuickQuote.

Estimates are not quotes or offers

The numbers shown are preliminary, informational estimates generated by software, including AI. They are not a quote, an offer of insurance, a binder, or insurance advice, and they do not guarantee any price or coverage. Actual premiums and eligibility are determined by insurance carriers and finalized through a licensed agent. Estimates can be wrong; do not make insurance decisions based on an estimate alone.

QuickQuote is not an insurance agency

We provide technology. We are not an insurance producer and do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. Licensed insurance activities are performed by the independent agency and its licensed agents. The chat assistant is automated and is not a licensed agent.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information; estimates depend on it.
• Only submit contact details and documents that are yours to share.
• Don’t misuse the service — no unlawful use, no attempts to probe or disrupt it, and no automated scraping or bulk access.

Intellectual property

The software, design, and content of the service belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service only as intended for getting insurance estimates and connecting with an agency.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of estimates or property data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
